(1) Segala persediaan bagi yang dilaku
mana-mana orang sebagai perbelanjaan yang kan pada Akta ini dan apa-apa disifatkan menjangka kan Akta. hendaklah menjangkakan dengannya syarat dilakukan berhubung Akta ini, dengan dibenarkan di bawah yang telah dan perkara-perkara sebagai maksudperbuatan-perbuatan dan bahawa berlawanan dengan tujuan itu tidak tanggungan yang dilakukan hak dan ini; dan segala melakukan
