Semua ahli, ahli silihganti, pegawai dan penjawat Lem- Peniawat baga, dan semua ahli jawatankuasa-jawatankuasa yang n.M.B dilaniik di bawah perenggan (b) seksven-kecil (3) seksyen 12 Bab 45. dan sekSyen-keeiB (6seksyen 3, hendaklah disifatkan 9 llAA35 SCbagai penjawat-penjawat awam dalam erti Kanun Keseksaan yang berkenaan.
