Medical Assistants (Registration) Act 1977 s 5
All acts done by the Board shall, notwithstanding any vacancy in the Board or that it is afterwards discovered that there was a defect in the appointment of a person purporting to be a member thereof, be as valid as if no such vacancy or defect had existed.
Perbuatan Lembaga hendaklah sah walaupun kecacatan dalam pelantikan atau walaupun ada kekosongan
Semua perbuatan yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga hendaklah, walaupun ada sesuatu kekosongan dalam Lembaga atau walaupun kemudiannya didapati ada suatu kecacatan dalam pelantikan seseorang yang berupa sebagai anggotanya, sah seolah-olah kekosongan atau kecacatan itu tidak wujud.
