SeseOrang yang permohonannya adalah dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 6 atau yang lesennya bawah scksyen 8 boleh, dalam masa satu bulan selepas diberitahu secara bertulis mengenai penolakan atau pembatalan itu, merayu terhadap penolakan atau pembatalan itu kepada Menteri dan keputusan Menteri mengenainya adalah nmuktamad.
