(1) Any officer under section 12 may or investigation powers of entry enter any without assistance without warrant and with or and has reason considers it to be necessary made premises if he under this Act or any rules offence to believe that an search any place committed and may thereunder has been S. 14-18 and any person whom he reasonably believes to be concerned in the management or promotion of any theatrical performance or public amusement or to be a servant or agent of the promoter or of the proprietor of these premises.
