s 5 Minister may establish welfare homes
(1) The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, establish welfare homes at such places as he thinks proper. (2) The Minister may appoint superintendents for the management of welfare homes.

(1) Menteri boleh, melalui pemberitahu dalam Warta, menubunkan rumah-rumah kebajikan di mana-mana tempat yang difikirkannya wajar. !. "41- ORANG-ORANG PAPA IS. 5-10] (2) Menteri boleh melantik penguasa-penguasa bagi mengurus rumah-rumah kebajikan. . Menteri boleh melantik suatu Lembaga Pelawat bagı tiap- Lembag iap rumah kebajikan untuk melaksanakan kewajipan- Pelawa kewajıpan dan tugas-tugas sebagaimana ditetapkan olel Menteri melalui kaedah-kaedah dan untuk memberi nasiha dan mengesyorkan kepada Ketua Pengarah mengenai apaapa perkara yang dirujukkan kepadanya oleh Ketua Pengarah.
