s 8 Discharge from welfare homes
(1) Any person admitted to a welfare home, either on his own application or otherwise, may be discharged by the Superintendent—
(a) if he is satisfied that the resident has found suitable employment to maintain himself; or
(b) to the care of any person willing and able to give the resident proper care and support.

(1) Seseorang yang diterima masuk ke suatu rumah Dilepaskan kebajıkan, samada atas permohonannya sendiri atau selain- dari rumahnya, boleh dilepaskan oleh Penguasarumah kebajikan.
(a) jika ia berpuashati bahawa penghuni itu telah mendapat |pekerjaan yang sesuai untuk menyenggara dirinya; atau
(b) Kopedan
(b) kepada jagaan seseorang yang mahu dan berkebolehan menjaga dan menanggung penghuni itu dengan wajar.
