Statutory and Local Authorities Superannuation Fund Act 1977 s 11
Sections 3–10 were repealed by later amendments.
(1) No employee shall have any right to compensation for past services or to any pension, gratuity or other award under this Part. (2) Where it is established to the satisfaction of the Minister by an appropriate authority, that an employee has been guilty of negligence, irregularity or misconduct, it shall be lawful for the Minister to reduce or withhold the pension, gratuity or other award for which such employee would be eligible but for this section.
Pencen, dll., bukan sebagai hak
(1) Tiada pekerja mempunyai apa-apa hak untuk mendapat pampasan bagi perkhidmatan yang lepas atau mendapat apa-apa pencen, ganjaran atau award lain di bawah Bahagian ini. (2) Jika sesuatu pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan telah membuktikan dengan memuaskan hati Menteri bahawa seseorang pekerja bersalah atas kecuaian, salah aturan atau salah laku, adalah sah di sisi undang-undang bagi Menteri untuk mengurangkan atau menahan pencen, ganjaran atau award lain yang pekerja itu sepatutnya layak mendapat jika tidak kerana seksyen ini.
