Statutory and Local Authorities Superannuation Fund Act 1977 s 18
Sections 3β10 were repealed by later amendments.
(1) A pension granted to an employee under this Part shall not exceed one-half of his last drawn salary. (2) For the purpose of subsection (1), an allowance granted in respect of injury or disease shall not be taken into account but where the employee is granted such an allowance the amount thereof together with the amount of his pension shall not exceed two-thirds of his last drawn salary.
Pencen maksimum daripada perkhidmatan
(1) Pencen yang diberikan kepada seseorang pekerja di bawah Bahagian ini tidak boleh melebihi setengah daripada gaji yang akhir diterimanya. (2) Bagi maksud subseksyen (1), elaun yang diberikan berkenaan dengan bencana atau penyakit tidak boleh diambil kira tetapi jika pekerja itu diberi elaun yang sedemikian, amaun itu bersama dengan amaun pencennya tidak boleh melebihi dua per tiga daripada gaji yang akhir diterimanya.
