s 20 Rate of gratuity
A pensionable employee who retires under section 12 shall be eligible for a gratuity calculated at the rate of one-twentieth of his last drawn salary for each completed month of reckonable service.

Seseorang pekerja berpencen yang bersara di bawah seksyen 12 adalah layak mendapat ganjaran yang dikira mengikut kadar satu per dua puluh daripada gaji yang akhir diterimanya bagi tiap-tiap satu bulan genap perkhidmatan yang boleh dimasuk kira.
