s 5 Appropriation for repayment of Treasury Bills
The Minister of Finance shall appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund the necessary sum to pay the principal moneys represented by the Treasury Bills when they fall due.

Menteri Kewangan hendaklah menguntukkan dari Kumpulan Wang Disatukan jumlah wang yang perlu untuk membayar wang pokok yang dinyatakan dalam Bil-Bil Perbendaharaan apabila wangwang pokok itu genap masanya dibayar.
