s 1 Short title and application
(1) This Act may be cited as the Second-hand Dealers Act 1946, and shall come into operation on the first day of August 1946. (2) This Act shall apply only in Peninsular Malaysia.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Peniaga Sekendhend 1946, dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada 1Ogos 1946. (2) Akta ini hendaklah dipakai dalam Semenanjung Malaysia sahaja.
