Second-hand Dealers Act 1946 s 20

s 20 Rules

In any State the State Authority, and, in the Federal Territory, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, may make rules for any of the following purposes: (a) to prescribe the fees for licences and exemptions and transfers of licences under this Act; (b) to prescribe the form of the exemptions under this Act; (c) to prescribe the conditions to be endorsed on licences issued under this Act; (d) to prescribe the books to be kept by licensed dealers and the particulars to be entered therein; and (e) generally to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Kaedah-kaedah

Dalam mana-mana Negeri, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri itu, dan, dalam Wilayah Persekutuan, Yang di-Pertuan Agong, boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah bagi mana-mana maksud yang berikut: (a) untuk menetapkan bayaran bagi lesen dan pengecualian dan bagi pindah milik lesen di bawah Akta ini; (b) untuk menetapkan borang pengecualian di bawah Akta ini; (c) untuk menetapkan syarat yang akan dicatat dalam lesen yang dikeluarkan di bawah Akta ini; Peniaga Sekendhend (d) untuk menetapkan buku yang akan disimpan oleh peniaga berlesen dan butir-butir yang akan dicatatkan dalamnya; dan (e) amnya untuk melaksanakan maksud Akta ini.
