Second-hand Dealers Act 1946 s 7
s 7 Licences to be posted
(1) Every licensed dealer shall keep his licence posted in a conspicuous place in his shop.
(2) Every licensed dealer shall keep exhibited at or over the outer door of his shop a sign-board, of such size and in such position as the licensing officer directs, which shall have printed thereon in the National Language and in the English, Chinese and Tamil languages the words “Licensed Dealer in Second-hand Goods”.
(3) Any licensed dealer who fails to comply with this section shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred ringgit.

Lesen hendaklah dipamerkan
(1) Tiap-tiap peniaga berlesen hendaklah mempamerkan lesennya di suatu tempat yang mudah dilihat dalam kedainya.
(2) Tiap-tiap peniaga berlesen hendaklah mempamerkan pada atau di atas pintu luar kedainya suatu papan tanda, sebesar dan pada tempat yang diarahkan oleh pegawai pelesen, yang hendaklah tercetak atasnya perkataan “Peniaga Berlesen Barangan Sekendhend” dalam bahasa kebangsaan dan dalam bahasa Inggeris, Cina dan Tamil.
(3) Seseorang peniaga berlesen yang tidak mematuhi seksyen ini boleh, apabila disabitkan, dikenakan denda tidak melebihi dua ratus ringgit.
