s 2 Functions, styles and titles of Ministers

(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may by order notify in the Gazette— (a) that a Minister has been conferred with any functions or has been charged with any responsibility in respect of a particular department or subject or that any transfer, to any other Minister, of any of the functions or responsibility referred to has been made; (b) that any style or title has been assigned to any Minister (except the Prime Minister) or that any change in any style and title referred to has been made. (2) An order made by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong under this section— (a) may provide for the transfer of any property, rights or liabilities held, enjoyed or incurred by any Minister in connection with any functions conferred or transferred; and Laws of Malaysia ACT 2 (b) may contain such other provisions as may be necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the order.

(1) Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh melalui perentah dalam Tamasz dan Warta memberițahu: (a) bahawa sa-saorang Mentri telah di-beri apa2 tugas 2) Sa-suatu perentah yang di-buat oleh Yang di-Pertua gong di-bawah sekshen ini- (b) boleh mengandongi apaz peruntokan lain yang perlu dan mustahak untok perentah itu.
