The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, Powerto make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of make regulations. this Ordinance (a) regulating the manner in which documents, cheques and instruments of any description shall be signed or executed on behalf of the Board or any corporation; (b) iegulating the responsibilities and control of officers and servants of the Board; Gci.
