s 8 Penalties

Every person who contravenes any regulation made under this Act shall, where no other penalty is provided by such regulation, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both. Subsidiary legislation under the Ordinance to be deemed to have been made under this Act; and validation of acts and things done under the Ordinance and subsidiary legislation thereunder

Tiap-tiap orang yang melanggar mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat li bawah Akta ini, jika tiada apa-apa penalti lain diperuntukka ›leh peraturan itu. boleh didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgi atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua belas bulan Perundangan subsidiari di bawah Ordinan itu disifatkan sebagai telah dibuat di bawah Akta ini; dan pengesahan perbuatan dan perkara yang dilakukan di bawah Ordinan itu dan perundangan subsidiari di bawahnya
