(1) Menteri boleh, berkenaan dengan tiap-tiap seorang Ahli gilir. (2) Seseorang hendaklah, melainkan ia terlebih dahulu meletakkan jawatan atau perlantikannya terlebih dahulu libatalkan, terhenti daripada menjadi seorang ahli gilir jik ıhli yang baginya ia menjadi penggilir itu terhenti daripada Fungsiung embaga [Bah. II, S. 5]
