Weekly Holidays Act 1950 s 8
(1) No deductions or abatement of the wages of any person shall be made on account of any holiday given under section 3, 6 or 7. (2) A person who is given a holiday under section 5 shall be paid in respect of such holiday the wages he would have earned had he worked during that part of the day in which such holiday is given.
Tiada potongan atau kurangan dibuat terhadap gaji
(1) Tiada potongan atau kurangan boleh dibuat terhadap gaji mana-mana orang oleh sebab mana-mana hari kelepasan yang diberi di bawah seksyen 3, 6 atau 7. (2) Seseorang yang diberi hari kelepasan di bawah seksyen 5 berkenaan dengan hari kelepasan itu hendaklah dibayar gaji yang sepatutnya dia peroleh seolah-olah dia bekerja dalam tempoh bahagian hari yang hari kelepasan itu diberikan.
