The Chief Commissioner may make regulations consistent with this Act and any rules made thereunder providing generally for details connected with the organization and personnel of the Force, for civil defence services and for the duties, equipment and training and instruction of persons to whom such rules apply.
Ketua Pengarah Pertahanan Awam boleh membuat Ketua Pengarah peraturan-peraturan yang selaras dengan Akta ini dan Pertahanan mana-mana kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya yang Awam boleh memperuntukkan secara am tentang butir-butir yang membuat berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dan kakitangan angkatan peraturanperaturan. dan perkhidmatan pertahanan awam dan tentang tugas, kelengkapan dan latihan dan pengajaran orang-orang yang kepada mereka kaedah-kaedah itu dipakai.
