s 7H Personation

Any person not being a member of the Force who— (a) pretends to be a member of the Force knowing that he is not; (b) falsely personates a member of the Force; or (c) in such assumed character does or attempts to do any act under colour of being a member of the Force, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
