Perbadanan Kemajuan Kraftangan Malaysia Act 1979 s 34
s 34 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for the purposes of this Act or of any criminal proceedings under this Act, no member, officer, or servant of the Perbadanan or of any subsidiary corporation shall disclose any information concerning any business of any person which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published pursuant to this Act.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both.

Kewajipan menyimpan rahsia
(1) Kecuali bagi maksud Akta ini atau maksud sesuatu prosiding jenayah di bawah Akta ini, tidak ada seorang ahli, pegawai, atau pekhidmat Perbadanan atau mana-mana anak perbadanan boleh menzahirkan apa-apa maklumat berkenaan dengan apa-apa urusan seseorang yang telah didapatinya dalam menjalankan tugasnya dan yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini.
(2) Seseorang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi satu ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
