s 1 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Malaysian Examinations Council Act 1980. (2) This Act shall come into force on such date as the Minister may be notification in the Gazette appoint.

(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia 1980. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
