Malaysian Examinations Council Act 1980 s 13
The Council may employ and pay agents, technical advisors and other persons to transact any business or to do any act required to be transacted or done in the execution of its duties or for the better carrying into effect of the purposes of this Act.
Kuasa untuk mengambil kerja ejen, penasihat teknik dan orang lain
Majlis boleh mengambil kerja dan membayar ejen, penasihat teknik dan orang lain untuk menjalankan apa-apa urusan atau melakukan apa-apa perbuatan yang dikehendaki dijalankan atau dilakukan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya atau bagi melaksanakan maksud Akta ini dengan cara lebih baik.
