Malaysian Examinations Council Act 1980 s 16

s 16 Appointment of other officers and servants

The Council may appoint, in addition to the Chief Executive, such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act, on such terms and conditions as the Council may determine with the approval of the Minister.

Pelantikan pegawai dan pekhidmat lain

Majlis boleh melantik, selain Ketua Eksekutif, beberapa orang pegawai dan pekhidmat lain sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini, mengikut apa-apa had dan syarat sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Majlis dengan kelulusan Menteri.
