Malaysian Examinations Council Act 1980 s 23

s 23 Public servants

All members, officers and servants of the Council, all members of any committee or subcommittee appointed under this Act, and all persons appointed under section 12, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Semua anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Majlis, semua anggota mana-mana jawatankuasa atau jawatankuasa kecil yang dilantik di bawah Akta ini, dan semua orang yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 12, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
