Malaysian Examinations Council Act 1980 s 8

s 8 Commencement of duty to conduct a specified examination

The duty of the Council to conduct a specified examination shall commence from such examination year as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint in relation to that examination.

Bermulanya tugas untuk mengelola suatu peperiksaan tertentu

Tugas Majlis untuk mengelola sesuatu peperiksaan tertentu hendaklah bermula dari sesuatu tahun peperiksaan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta berhubung dengan peperiksaan itu.
