Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 s 14
(1) The Authority shall establish and manage a reserve fund. (2) The payment into and out of the reserve fund shall be determined by the Authority: Provided that no part of the reserve fund shall be applied otherwise than for the purposes of the Authority.
Kumpulan wang rizab
(1) Lembaga hendaklah menubuhkan dan menguruskan suatu kumpulan wang rizab. (2) Pembayaran masuk ke dalam dan keluar dari kumpulan wang rizab itu hendaklah ditentukan oleh Lembaga: Dengan syarat bahawa tiada bahagian daripada kumpulan wang rizab itu boleh digunakan bagi apa-apa maksud selain bagi maksud Lembaga.
