Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 s 16
The Authority may, from time to time, borrow in such forms and at such rate of interest and for such period and upon such terms as to the time and method of repayment and otherwise, as the Minister of Finance may approve, any sum required by the Authority for meeting any of its obligations or discharging any of its duties.
Kuasa untuk meminjam
Lembaga boleh meminjam dalam apa-apa bentuk dan atas apa-apa terma sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan, apa-apa wang yang diperlukan oleh Lembaga bagi memenuhi mana-mana obligasinya, menunaikan mana-mana fungsinya atau menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini.
