Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 s 20
s 20 Annual report
(1) The Authority shall, not later than the thirtieth day of June of each year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Minister a report dealing with the activities of the Authority during the preceding financial year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Authority as the Minister may from time to time direct.
(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of every such report transmitted to him under subsection (1) to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament.

Laporan tahunan
(1) Lembaga hendaklah, tidak lewat daripada 30 Jun setiap tahun, menyebabkan supaya dibuat dan dihantar kepada Menteri suatu laporan mengenai aktiviti Lembaga dalam masa tahun kewangan yang lalu dan mengandungi apa-apa maklumat yang berhubungan dengan perjalanan dan dasar Lembaga sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
(2) Menteri hendaklah menyebabkan supaya suatu salinan tiap-tiap laporan yang dihantar kepadanya di bawah subseksyen (1) dibentangkan dalam setiap Majlis Parlimen.
