Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 s 24
Subject to such modification by any regulation made under this Act, the provisions of the Road Transport Act 1987 and all regulations, rules and orders made thereunder shall apply to any highway under the control and management of the Authority.
Pemakaian Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987
Tertakluk pada apa-apa ubah suaian oleh mana-mana peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini, peruntukan Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 dan semua peraturan-peraturan, kaedah dan perintah yang dibuat di bawahnya hendaklah terpakai bagi mana-mana lebuh raya di bawah kawalan dan pengurusan Lembaga.
