Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 s 25
s 25 Offences
(1) Any person who deposits trash, glass, weeds, garbage or any other offensive matter within the right-of-way limits of the highways shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit.
(2) Any person who—
(a) uses any spurious or counterfeit tickets or coupons in payment of any toll required to be paid to the Authority under this Act or attempts to use the highway without payment of toll prescribed by the Authority; or
(b) wilfully, maliciously and forcibly, breaks, damages or destroys any property of the Authority including any mechanical or electronic toll collection devices of the Authority or any appurtenances thereto,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both

Kesalahan
(1) Mana-mana orang yang meletakkan sampah, kaca, rumput-rampai, sampah-sarap atau apa-apa benda lain yang berbahaya dalam kawasan hak lalu-lalang lebuh raya itu *melakukan suatu kesalahan.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang—
(a) menggunakan apa-apa tiket atau kupon tiruan atau palsu untuk membayar apa-apa tol yang dikehendaki dibayar kepada Lembaga di bawah Akta ini atau cuba menggunakan lebuh raya itu tanpa membayar tol yang ditetapkan oleh Lembaga; atau
(b) dengan sengaja, dengan niat jahat dan dengan paksaan memecahkan, merosakkan atau memusnahkan apa-apa harta Lembaga termasuklah apa-apa alat pungutan tol berjentera atau elektronik kepunyaan Lembaga atau apa-apa alat perlengkapannya,
