s 34 Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948
Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948 [Akta 198] hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding terhadap Lembaga atau mana-mana anggota Lembaga, anggota jawatankuasa, pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga, atau ejen Lembaga, berkenaan dengan apa-apa perbuatan, kecuaian atau keingkaran yang dibuat atau dilakukan olehnya dengan suci hati atau
apa-apa peninggalan olehnya dengan suci hati, atas sifat yang sedemikian.
