s 7 Power to regulate the production of and dealing in raw opium, coca leaves, poppy-straw and cannabis

(1) The Minister may make regulations for prohibiting, controlling and restricting the cultivation, production, possession, sale and distribution of raw opium, coca leaves, poppy-straw or cannabis. (2) All such regulations shall be made in accordance with section 47.
