In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires— “Labuan” means the Island of Labuan and its dependent islands, viz. Rusukan Besar, Rusukan Kecil, Keraman, Burong, Papan and Daat; “principal customs area” means Malaysia exclusive of Labuan, Langkawi and Tioman.
