s 158 Dutiable goods to be deemed to be non-dutiable while in Labuan
Except for the purposes of section 48, any dutiable goods, other than goods declared by the Minister under paragraph 155(1)(a) or deemed to have been declared by the Minister under that section, shall, while in Labuan, be deemed to be non-dutiable goods and the provisions of this Act shall be construed accordingly.

Kecuali bagi maksud seksyen 48, apa-apa Barangbarang-barang berduti, selain daripada liquor yang beranği memabukkan, tembakau, cerut, rokok, mancis, hasilan hendaklahı petroleum dan apa-apa barang-barang lain yang sebagai tidak diisytiharkan oleh Menteri di bawah perenggan (a) (ii) subseksyen (1) seksyen 155 atau disifatkan sebagai telah semasa berada di diisytiharkan oleh Menteri di bawah seksyen itu, Labuan. hendaklah, semasa berada di Labuan, disifatkan sebagai barang-barang tidak berduti dan peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah ditakrifkan dengan sewajarnya.
