s 34 Power of Director General to require security
The Director General may, at his discretion, either generally or in a particular case or in respect of a particular area, require security to be given by any person moving dutiable goods within Malaysia and where any such security has been required to be given no person shall move such goods unless such security has been given. Such security shall not exceed the amount of duty leviable on such goods.

Aetua rengaran bolen, menurut budı bicaranya, Kuasa Ketua sama ada secara am atau dalam sesuatu hal tertentu Pengarandaki atau berkenaan dengan sesuatu . kawasan tertentu, cagaran. menghendaki supaya cagaran diberi oleh mana-mana orang yang memindahkan barang-barang berduti di dalam Malaysıa dan jika apa-apa cagaran sedemikian telah dikehendaki supaya diberi tiada seorang pun boleh memindahkan barang-barang itu melainkan jika cagaran itu telah diberi. Cagaran itu tidak boleh melebihi amaun duti yang boleh dilevi ke atas barangbarang itu.
