s 4 Appointment of Customs Officers
There shall be appointed so many Chief Customs Officers, Senior Customs Officers, and Customs Officers as may be considered necessary for the purposes of this Act.

Maka hendaklah dilantik seberapa ramai Ketua Pegawai Kastam, Pegawai Kanan Kastam, dan Pegawai Kastam sebagaimana yang difikirkan perlu bagi maksud Akta ini. Pemberian kuasa egawai Ketam olch Pengarah.
