s 53 Provision for cases where all particulars are not known

In any case where such master or agent is unable to ascertain the particulars of any inward or transhipment cargo or the names of the consignees thereof, he shall sign the declaration, endorsed upon the prescribed form, that he has exercised due diligence to ascertain the particulars of such cargo and the names of the consignees and shall therein enumerate the packages in respect of which his information is defective.

Dalam apa-apa hal di mạna nakhoda atau ejen itu memastikan butir-butir masuk dia hendaklah menandatangani akuan, yang diendors di atas borang yang ditetapkan, bahawa dia telah dengan ketekunan yang wajar memastikan butır-butir kargo itu dan nama konsaini itu dan hendaklah : = : [Bah. VII, S. 53-55] menyenaraikan dalam akuan itu bungkusan-bungkusan yang berkenaan dengannya maklumatnya adalah tidak sempurna. lisan dalam suatu borang atau mengıkut cara yang membuat ditetapkan mengenai semua kargo yang akan akuan didaratkan dari veselnya. apabila tiba.
