s 15 Payment without grant of probate or letters of administration
(1) Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, where a person to whom any payment could be made under this Schedule dies before the payment is made and the amount remains unpaid, the amount so unpaid may be paid to his dependants without there being a grant of probate or letters of administration in respect of his estate.
(2) For the purpose of this paragraph, βunpaidβ means unpaid by the Government or undrawn by the person.

Pembayaran tanpa pemberian probet atau surat kuasa mentadbir
(1) Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, jika seseorang yang kepadanya apa-apa pembayaran boleh dibuat di bawah Jadual ini mati sebelum pembayaran itu dibuat dan amaun itu masih belum dibayar, maka amaun yang belum dibayar itu boleh dibayar kepada orang tanggungannya tanpa ada pemberian probet atau surat kuasa mentadbir berkenaan dengan harta pusakanya.
(2) Bagi maksud perenggan ini, βbelum dibayarβ ertinya belum dibayar oleh Kerajaan atau belum dikeluarkan oleh orang itu.
