Pensions Adjustment Act 1980 s 3B
Where an officer is receiving the lowest amount of pension or other benefit payable pursuant to section 8, the said lowest amount shall be used as the basis for the first of the adjustments under subsection 3(1).
Penyelarasan pencen dan faedah lain terendah sekali
Jika seseorang pegawai menerima amaun pencen atau faedah lain terendah sekali yang kena dibayar menurut seksyen 8, amaun terendah sekali tersebut hendaklah digunakan sebagai asas bagi penyelarasan yang pertama sekali di bawah subseksyen 3(1).
