Where a pensionable employee who is below fifty on being appointed years of age is appointed by or with the approval of the to serve in business or Government to serve in any business organization in international organiwhichthe Government or any State Government has zation. an interest or in any international organization of which the Government is a member he may be deemed to have retired from the service of the statutory or local authority on the date of his leaving the authority,
[S. 13-16] and such employee, in the event that he dies before attainng the age of fifty shall, for the purposes of section 15, be deemed to have died in service.

Jika seseorang pekerja berpencen yang berumur Persaruan kurang dari lima puluh tahun dilantik oleh, atau di- setenti. lantik dengan kelulusan, Kerajaan untuk berkhidmat untuk dalam mana-mana pertubuhan perniagaan dalam mana berkhidmat Kerajaan atau mana-mana Kerajaan Negeri mem- pertubuhan punyai kepentingan, atau dalam mana-mana pertu- perniagaan atau perbuhan antarabangsa yang mana Kerajaan menjadi tubuhan anggota, ia boleh disifatkan telah bersara dari perkhid- bangamatan pihak berkuasa berkanun atau tempatan pada tarıkh ia meninggalkan pihak berkuasa itu, dan pekerja itu, jika sekiranya ia mati sebelum mencapai umur lima puluh tahun, hendaklah, bagi maksud seksyen 15, disifatkan telah mati dalam perkhidmatan.
