s 17
A derivative pension granted under this Act shall cease if the recipient is— {a) a widow or widower, upon remarriage;
(b) a child, other than a child who is mentally retarded or physically and permanently incapacitated and incapable of supporting himself or a child referred to in pargaraph (c), upon marriage or upon attaining the age of twentyone, whichever is the earlier; or
(c) a child who is receiving education in an institution of higher learning but not beyond education leading to a first degree, upon completing or ceasing to receive such education or upon marriage, whichever is the earlier.

Pencen terbıtan yang diberı di bawah Akta ini Terhentinya hendaklah terhenti jika penerimanya— pencen
(a) seorang balu atau duda, apabila berkahwin terbitan. d/AA 1172/02 lagi;
(b) seorang anak, lain daripada anak yang cacat otak atau hilangupaya jasmani dan secara kekal dan tidak berupaya menanggung dirinya sendiri atau seorang anak yang disebut dalam perenggan (c), apabila berkahwin atau apabila mencapai umur dua puluh satu tahun, mengikut mana yang lebih dahulu; atau
(c) seorang anak yang sedang mendapat didikan di suatu institusi pelajaran tinggi tetapi tidak melampaui pelajaran yang menujuke arah ijazah pertama, apabila tamat atau berhenti mendapat didikan itu atau apabila berkahwin, mengikut mana yang lebih dahulu.
