(1) In the event of any conflict or inconsistoncy between the provisions of this Act and of the federal law pursuant to which a slatutory body is incorporated, the provisions of this Act shall suporsedo tho conflicting or inconsistent provisions of that foderal law and the latter shall be construed as so suporseded. (2) The provisions of any federal law which aro not in conflict or inconsistent with tho provisions of this Act shall otherwise continue to apply.
Peruntukan Akta menggantikan undang–undang persekutuan lain yang bercanggah atau tidak selaras
(1) Jika sekiranya ada apa-apa percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara peruntukan Akta ini dengan peruntukan undang-undang persekutuan yang menurutnya sesuatu pertubuhan perbadanan diperbadankan, maka peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah menggantikan peruntukan undang-undang persekutuan yang bercanggah atau tidak selaras itu dan peruntukan yang disebut terkemudian itu hendaklah ditafsirkan sebagai telah digantikan sebagaimana tersebut. Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) (2) Peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang persekutuan yang tidak bercanggah atau tidak selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terus dipakai.
