Setiap badan berkanun hendaklah, bagi setiap tahun kewangan dan dalam tempoh satu bulan selepas penerimaan penyata akaunnya yang teraudit dan laporan Ketua Audit Negara atasnya, jika ada, mengemukakannya kepada Menteri beserta dengan laporan aktivitinya.
