s 28A Kuasa untuk menubuhkan jawatankuasa

(1) Lembaga boleh menubuhkan apa-apa jawatankuasa yang difikirkan oleh Lembaga perlu atau suai manfaat untuk membantu Lembaga dalam melaksanakan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Jadual Ketiga hendaklah terpakai bagi tiap-tiap jawatankuasa yang ditubuhkan oleh Lembaga di bawah subseksyen (1).
