s 18 Application by defendant
A defendant may, at any time after his arrest, apply to the court to rescind or vary the order made thereunder, or discharge him from custody, and the court may make such order as is just.

Seseorang defendan boleh, pada bila-bila masa selepas penangkapannya, memohon kepada mahkamah untuk membatalkan atau mengubah perintah yang dibuat di bawahnya, atau melepaskannya daripada jagaan, dan mahkamah boleh membuat perintah sedemikian dengan adil.
