Debtors Act 1957 s 8
Subject to any rules of court, an order for the payment of instalments of a judgment debt under this Part shall not be a bar to proceedings in execution unless and except to the extent that the court shall so direct.
Perintah bagi pembayaran secara ansuran tidak menjadi halangan kepada pelaksanaan
Tertakluk kepada mana-mana kaedah mahkamah, suatu perintah bagi pembayaran ansuran suatu hutang penghakiman di bawah Bahagian ini tidak boleh menjadi halangan terhadap prosiding dalam pelaksanaan melainkan dan kecuali setakat mana mahkamah mengarahkan sedemikian.
