Adoption Act 1952 s 16
On any adjournment of the hearing the Court shall issue to and cause to be served upon any respondent who is not present and whose attendance has not been dispensed with a notice of the time and place to which the hearing is adjourned.
Notis mengenai pendengaran yang ditangguhkan
Atas apa-apa penangguhan pendengaran Mahkamah hendaklah mengeluarkan dan menyebabkan supaya disampaikan kepada mana-mana responden yang tidak hadir dan yang kehadirannya tidak diketepikan suatu notis mengenai masa dan tempat yang pendengaran itu ditangguhkan.
