Adoption Act 1952 s 7

s 7 Terms and conditions of order

The Court in making an adoption order may impose such terms and conditions as the Court may think fit and in particular may require the adopter by bond or otherwise to make for the adopted child such provision, if any, as in the opinion of the Court is just and expedient.

Terma dan syarat perintah

Mahkamah semasa membuat sesuatu perintah pengangkatan boleh mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Mahkamah dan secara khususnya boleh menghendaki pengangkat itu melalui bon atau selainnya membuat bagi anak angkat itu apa-apa peruntukan, jika ada, yang pada pendapat Mahkamah adalah adil dan suai manfaat.
